We love chicken wings!  It’s our favorite cut of chicken, and we love that we can order free range wings from  Milk and Eggs and have it delivered right to our door!  One of our favorite flavors for wings is a blend of honey, ginger (also from Milk and Eggs) and soy sauce.  Here’s how-to make it!

MARINADE INGREDIENTS
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
1 TbsChili Garlic Sauce
1 Tbs Sesame Oil
2 Tbs Oyster Sauce
1/3 Cup Honey
1 Tbs Minced Garlic
1 Tbs Minced Ginger

HOW-TO
1)  Wash & cut the wings in half.  Mix all marinade ingredients together. Pour it over 2 lbs of chicken wings (we got ours from milkandeggs.com). Mix it up so the marinade coats all of the chicken. Place the wings side by side into a greased baking dish.

2) Bake at 450º for 20 minutes (flip/rotate the chicken half way through, after 10 minutes).

3) Broil for 10 minutes (flip/rotate half way through after 5 minutes).

Remove & enjoy!
