I was making fresh squeezed orange juice yesterday and had a lot of extra pulp. Normally, I would just eat it, but I was too full from lunch, so I decided to bust out these mini popsicle molds I picked up for 50% off at Michaels and make mini pulpsicles! Nothing goes to waste in this household (or should I say househoard)?!
These were super easy to make. All I did was spoon a small amount of pulp into each mold, leaving just a little bit of space to top it with some orange juice. I placed plastic wrap over each mold and popped them into the freezer.
A few hours later, and they froze through. It was such a refreshing treat! Next time, I’m going to add some vanilla ice cream and make half & half orange bars. I also plan on freezing some yogurt, and other fruits. The sky’s the limit!
