These Jumbo Alaskan King Crab Legs from Milk and Eggs are BOMB.  They might just be our favorite item from Milk and Eggs so far. They’re a bit pricey ($29.99/lb), but they’re totally worth it!  They come pre-cooked and frozen, so all you need to do is make some garlic lemon butter and you’re ready to go.  You can eat it cold or steamed.  We like our crab steamed, so we went that route.

1 lb Jumbo Alaskan King Crab Legs
1 tbs butter
1 lemon
1 clove garlic (minced)

The pound of Jumbo Alaskan King Crab Legs were delivered by Milk and Eggs.  See our review here: Milk and Eggs Farm Grocery Delivery.  If you’re in the LA or OC area, use the promo code: HOWTODUO to receive $20 off your order of $40 or more from Milk and Eggs.  I

1) Fill a stock pot with about an inch of water. Place a steamer pot/basket inside of it. Break the crab legs by the joints (if needed) to get them to fit inside the pot. Place a lid over it, and let it steam for about 5 minutes.

2) Place minced garlic inside a bowl and cover with butter. Melt in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Squeeze half of the lemon juice into the butter. We used the other half just to make a lemon pepper dip (without butter).

Enjoy your crab feast; we sure did!  We had some of our leftover Pesto Shrimp Linguine along with it too.  It was a great pairing.  We’ll definitely be ordering this again from Milk and Eggs!

These crab legs were complimentary; however, we retain full creative control over the content of this post, and our reviews are honest reflections coming straight from the belly.
