“The World’s Best Chicken” caught my eye on Pinterest a while ago.  I remember being intrigued by it for two reasons: 1) it’s called “the world’s best chicken,” and 2) it seemed super easy to make.  Winner winner chicken dinner!  Naturally, I pinned it.

Today, I finally decided to give it a try.  So I logged onto Pinterest and clicked on the recipe.  It took me to a household blog by Rachel Shultz.  Thanks, Rachel!  You did not disappoint.

My chicken turned out deliciously moist and flavorful, and the best part about this recipe is that it is super easy to make!  There’s barely any prep involved at all.  Just mix the ingredients together and bake.

Here’s what you’ll need:
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Dijon or spicy brown mustard
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
salt & pepper
fresh rosemary

I actually only used two chicken breasts, so I ended up cutting the recipe in half.World's Best Chicken Ingredients

4)  Bake at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes.  I cooked mine for 35 minutes; Rachel did 40.

Remove it from the oven, top it with fresh rosemary, and enjoy it with your favorite side dish.  Of course, I had to have it with roasted brussels sprouts. The World's Best Chicken RecipeWorld's Best ChickenThe World's Best Chicken

Would I agree it’s “The World’s Best Chicken?”  I can’t firmly say yes, but it’s definitely up there, especially because IT’S SO EASY TO MAKE!  Did I say it’s easy to make?  Well, it is.  Easy and delicious!
